If a dog/cat comes in matted and you want us to brush them out than you will be charged for a full groom plus $10 hour to have the dog/cat brushed out, plus you will be charged for a dematting sullution.
We also do large dogs & Xlarge dogs too! Price is according to size of dog.

We recommend that you book your appointment before you leave, this will keep the cost down. There is a $5.00 no show charge, if you call within 24 to 48 hour and say you can not make it, there will not be any charges add to your grooming. If you have an emergency that day, you will not be charged.
For all new clients, you will receive $5.00 off on your 2nd grooming.
We will do out of Town Clients first! Your dog will be done by noon.
You can come to Fairbury and go shopping at Dave's Super market. Everyone says it is the cheepest place to get groceries, they have a deli where you can sit and eat,and drink coffee.
If there is a problem with the way your dog/cat is being groomed, PLEASE let us know! We will try to fix the problem. We like Happy Clients!
My worriest pet peeves is when a client jumps from groomer to groomer. Once you are a client at A'Lord's Dog house you get better discounts. But once you leave to go to another Pet groomer than you will loose your discounts. you will be charged full price on pet grooming.

Always remember to cancle Your appointments, if U can not make it. That way we can get someone else in your spot. Please remember, when you don't show up or call in and cancle, that is less in our pay check, we have to make a living too!!
I want people to remember, I groom by the quality of job I do, not the quanity of dogs I groom. I take my time, and want your dogs to look great! Always remember to ask the groomer how many dogs do they groom in a hour, in a day. If U want quality, than you make your decison.
